So they set out on a journey to create the most craveable, poppable, feel-good snacks of all time.

Our custom blend of Almond Flour, Organic Cassava Flour, and Organic Coconut Flour is a simple alternative to enriched flour. These natural ingredients are rich in fiber, protein, as well as essential minerals and vitamins, such as potassium.
The low glycemic index rate of organic coconut sugar means it adds sweetness without greatly affecting blood sugar levels.

A more natural and less processed alternative to traditional table salt, it is used to balance the sweetness in the Midnight Mini Cookies for a balanced flavor.
Palm oil gives the Midnight Cookies a dense texture with a slight crispiness. We used Sustainable Palm Oil that meets requirements of the RSPO Certification.
Derived from Button and Portobello mushrooms, our mushroom root powder enhances the Vitamin D of our Midnight Minis, facilitating the absorption of calcium.
