If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact Customer Service at info@mynasnacks.com. Myna Snacks cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our food products.
If you request to cancel your order after a shipping label has been generated and is ready for shipping, your order will not qualify for a refund, although we will do our best to make it right. Under our ‘Feel Good Guarantee’, after your order has been delivered, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund up to 4 bags and shipping costs for first time snack orders.
