8 oz non-dairy cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup non-dairy sour cream
1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
10 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and liquid squeezed out
10 oz marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
