Shamrock Cookie Milkshake

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1.5 cups milk of choice

½ teaspoon mint extract

20 drops green food coloring

½ cup of ice

½ bag Midnight Mini Cookies

Whipped cream, for serving

Mint sprigs, for serving

Directions

Using a rolling pin, the Crush Midnight Mini Cookies inside a plastic bag until you get a really fine crumb.
In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, food coloring, and mint extract. Blend on high for one minute.
Add the crushed Midnight Mini Cookies to a blender, mix in with a spoon. It’s important to not blend the cookies into the milkshake so it maintains its pristine green color.
Transfer the milkshake to two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
