Shamrock Cookie Milkshake

Shamrock Cookie Milkshake
2 CUPS vanilla ice cream
1.5 CUPS milk of choice
1/5 tsp mint extract
20 drops green food coloring
1/2 CUP ice
1/2 Bag Midnight Mini Cookies
  Whipped cream
  Mint sprigs
  1. Using a rolling pin, the Crush Midnight Mini Cookies inside a plastic bag until you get a really fine crumb.
  2. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, food coloring, and mint extract. Blend on high for one minute.
  3. Add the crushed Midnight Mini Cookies to a blender, mix in with a spoon. It’s important to not blend the cookies into the milkshake so it maintains its pristine green color.
  4. Transfer the milkshake to two tall glasses and top with whipped cream and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
