Rainbow Cake Dip

Rainbow Cake Dip
1 box (4 cups) Funfetti Cake mix
2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 container (3 cups) frozen whipped topping, defrosted 
1 TSP vanilla bean paste
3 TBSP sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup sprinkles divided
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, yogurt, frozen whipped topping, vanilla bean paste, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Using an electric hand mixer on low speed, blend the ingredients until fully combined. Then, add three tablespoons of sprinkles and increase the speed to medium. Continue blending for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is evenly saturated.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with the remaining sprinkles over the top. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve with Midnight Minis cookies, strawberries, and/or apples. The dip will keep in the fridge for a week or frozen for a month. Enjoy!
