Ninja Creami® Protein Ice Cream with Midnight Minis

Ninja Creami® Protein Ice Cream with Midnight Minis
16 oz chocolate protein shake
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
6 tablespoons milk of choice
⅓ cup Midnight Mini Cookies, crushed
2 tablespoons toasted coconut (optional)
  1. Whisk chocolate protein shake and sugar-free chocolate pudding mix together. Pour into the Ninja Creami pint. Freeze overnight.
  2. Spin the ice cream mix on the “ice cream” setting with the “bottom” setting applied. Add in your milk of choice. Respin. 
  3. Finally, add in the crushed Midnight Mini Cookies and run the “mix in” setting. Using an ice cream scooper that has been sitting in warm water, scoop out the ice cream into a bowl. Top with toasted coconut flakes and more crushed Midnight Mini Cookies. Enjoy!
