Here's how to make:
1. Crush 1 bag of Myna Midnight Cookies,
2. Mix crushed cookies with 5 tbsp of melted butter
3. Pat into pie pan and freeze for 20 minutes
4. In a large bowl combine 8 oz of non dairy cream cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, 8oz of coconut whipped cream, 1 bag of Myna Midnight Cookies, and mix.
5. Spread mixture over frozen pie crust, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
