1. Combine coconut milk, honey, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and vanilla in a saucepan
2. Cook on medium high heat until there are no lumps
3. Add crushed Myna cookies, pour mixture into popsicle molds and let sit overnight
4. Once fudgesicles are solid, dip pops in melted dairy free white chocolate and top with more Myna Cookies!
