- Pour 1/3 coconut oil into a dish
- Crush up a bag of Midnight Mini Cookies
- Mix crushed cookies with coconut oil and flatten the mixture to create a base
- Top with dairy free vanilla ice cream
- Top with fruit of choice (we used raspberries and blueberries)
